Last updated: June 2026. General terms and conditions of SSR GmbH & Co. KG for construction, refurbishment and assembly services.

1. Scope

These terms apply to all contracts for services of SSR GmbH & Co. KG unless expressly agreed otherwise.

2. Offer and conclusion

Offers are non-binding. A contract is concluded upon written confirmation or commencement of work.

3. Prices and payment

Agreed prices plus statutory VAT apply. Progress payments by construction stage are permitted.

4. Warranty and liability

Statutory defect claims apply. Liability is unlimited for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health; otherwise limited to typical foreseeable damage.

5. Funding calculator

The separate Funding Calculator Terms additionally apply to the calculator and its Förder-Check; its results are non-binding estimates and create no entitlement to funding.

6. Final provisions

German law applies; place of jurisdiction is Lemgo where permissible.
