1. Free, voluntary offer
SSR GmbH & Co. KG (the „Provider“) makes a freely accessible application available at serielle-fassadensanierung.de for the indicative estimation of refurbishment costs, funding potential and financing scenarios for existing buildings (the „calculator“). The calculator and its result (the „Förder-Check“) serve information purposes only; the Provider does not advise on or verify the data entered. Calculations use the Provider's own engine drawing on publicly available funding parameters of the German BEG, KfW and BAFA programmes (as of 2026) and customary market cost values. Use of the calculator is voluntary and free of charge; there is no claim to any particular service or functionality, and the Provider may change or discontinue it in whole or in part.
2. No application; non-binding result
The calculator only helps users compile indicative information. Its use is non-binding and does not constitute a funding or financing application. The Förder-Check is neither a decision on eligibility nor an offer or binding commitment by the Provider and creates no legal entitlement to funding. All cost, funding, saving, energy-class and financing figures are non-binding estimates and may differ from actual values; only the applicable funding conditions of the competent bodies and the confirmation of a certified energy-efficiency expert are decisive.
3. Permitted use
The calculator must not be used: in a manner prohibited by law or official order; in a way that infringes third-party rights; to attempt unauthorised access to or disruption of services, devices, data, accounts or networks; to distribute spam or malware; or in a manner that could damage the calculator or impair its use by others, or in any situation where a failure of the calculator or its infrastructure could lead to death, serious personal injury or serious damage to property or the environment.
4. Data
The Förder-Check is computed entirely in the user's browser (client-side). The building and measure inputs are not transmitted to the Provider unless the user actively makes contact via the enquiry/contact form. Users need not and should not enter personal data of third parties into the calculator. The calculator uses no marketing or tracking cookies; only the chosen language and theme are stored locally for technical reasons. If the user subsequently submits an enquiry, the Provider processes the data provided to handle it. Details are set out in the Privacy Policy.
5. Copyright
The texts, images and graphics on the website are generally protected by copyright; unauthorised reproduction, modification or distribution is prohibited. Users may, however, use the Förder-Check provided to them for their own purposes or, unchanged, in financing and advisory discussions within Germany.
6. Liability
As the calculator is provided free of charge, the Provider is liable — on whatever legal ground — only for intent and gross negligence. Liability for injury to life, body or health and under mandatory statutory provisions remains unaffected. All content is prepared with due care and to the best knowledge; no warranty is given for the accuracy, completeness, timeliness or fitness of the Förder-Check for the user's intended purpose, nor for the content of third-party links.
7. Usage analysis
The Provider may collect anonymised, non-personal information on the frequency of content and functions accessed in order to improve the calculator.
8. Governing law and place of performance
German law applies unless mandatory provisions require otherwise. The place of performance is Oerlinghausen; the place of jurisdiction is Lemgo where permissible.
